Jules is her back-up, but he is usually off-site and called in. We charge $10 per signature in the book and $10 for each stamp after the first, $5 per stamp after the fifth. For wills, Washington State requires two witnesses not named in the document. Please ask a couple of neighbors. It builds community and costs the same (not counting taking them out to lunch). If need be, Lake Union Mail employees will stand in as your witnesses. But please phone ahead so we can schedule our two, plus the notary. Please bring at least one form of valid and current state or nationally-issued photo ID that is indelibly signed. We can match a signature/picture from a passport, Resident Alien ID or Foreign Drivers ID, but prefer a Washington State Drivers License or ID card. Witnesses need to produce ID too. For children traveling overseas, we can provide pre-printed forms or e-mail you a template in Word for modification.
